What is going on?

First messages about “Settings” crash showed on 20-07-2019.
Today is 03-07-2019.
It is 2 weeks gone and you still not fixed it.

On 26-07-2019 - huangguohuai offer solution: Please go to Settings>Apps>All apps>Settings, clean theSettings data.

Offered solution is NOT WORKING!
Because it is IMPOSSIBLE to perform step 1: go to Settings>   - because “Settings” closes automatically.

Update to latest 7.1.2.0G – doesn’t help – problem is still there.

Local forums are full with question – how to access “Settings” menu?
At this forum people asking for refund and say – they never gonna buy Meizu again.

Is this mean, that you don’t understand how serious is the problem?
Only one programmer working to solve this problem?

In case if in next couple of days problem will not be fixed – I think that We should send information about this problem to the higher level.
