Please kindly follow the following instructions to upgrade your device and check whether the problem can be solved. We would like to remind you that the battery level needs to be more than 20% while updating.
1. Please back up all your data in advance.
2. Please go to “Settings-Storage & backup- Factory data reset” to choose both “Reset phone to factory default” and “Format internal storage”.
3. Download the firmware by your computer, the link is: https://www.flyme.cn/firmwarelist-66.html#3  
4. Please turn off your device first and then hold volume up and the power button at the same time for a while until you see the Flyme logo as below.
5. Connect your device to your computer.
6. You will see as below.
7. Copy the update.zip to the Recovery's root directory and then disconnect the device.
8. Choose both "System upgrade" and "Clear data" then click "start" on your device and the update will start automatically after verifying the update.zip.
