Hi,
this is a guide, how I install the chinese ROM and setup it on my phone. Everything can be find in this forum, I collected it. Enjoy!

- you can download the standard zip file from chinese flyme website: http://www.flyme.cn/firmwarelist-101.html#3
- Paste the firmware to the root directory of the phone.You can install it from recovery: http://forum.flymeos.com/thread-11527-1-1.html
- install Google apps from Meizu App Store
- you can remove chinese stock apps: http://forum.flymeos.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=32843&highlight=uninstall%20apps
- you can install international weather (chinese does not handle eu cities) and global flyme app store https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/0ByXtk7GojTOXTWpWVnV0Q3dnWnc
- change language: install morelocale2 from Google Play. Then add permission to app: adb shell pm grant jp.co.c_lis.ccl.morelocale android.permission.CHANGE_CONFIGURATION. Affter it, you can change language.
- add permissions to Google Apps In "Permission management". Instead of "need to ask"/etc need "allow" to all Google apps.
- check "enable to run in background" in Permission management for Google apps. Google Play store can not download apps if we leave this setup on "recomended" status.
