Type in Google Installer. Download it and run. You will get get Google Services and Play Store.

Firstly Fix Date and Time Settings. 2. Now Clear Google Play Store App Cache. 3. Then Change DNS Settings of your Phone or Network Router. 4. Re-login your Google Account. 5. Uninstall Updates. 6. Remove any proxy or VPN software. 7. Delete hosts file. 8. Factory Reset your Phone/Tablet.
