I heard the MX4 is on the list to be updated to Marshmallow, is this true (even if this will take years)?
Another question: the keyboard problem for which you can't move the cursor through the text unless you put a space after the words has ever been fixed? Thanks

I do not think we Marshmallow with this update (if they come)

I'm not referring to this particular update, but I mean in general in the future

I think that will come, Meizu are bringing Flyme 5 on MX3.

Oh great! That's a comforting news ;)

You will never get Android 6 from Meizu.
Not for older phones.
I was just hoping that, since there's the Flyme 5.6.8.23 beta (is it based on Marshmallow, right?) in China, maybe one day we'll have the same version.

You won't get it, don't hope for it. You will never get it.

And someone brought up the MX3 -> Th ...

Yeah of course I believe you. It was enough to follow this thread and see how many times Meizu posticipate the release. It's absolutely an unreliable company. Actually I don't mind getting Marshmallow, it was just curiosity because I read somewhere that MX4 could be updated to Android 6, but was clearly a mistake. Consider that now I'm still running the 4.2.8.2I because of less battery drain.

I don't where you read that but it was certainly not from Meizu lolSince the beginning of this year, ...
From a random user in the forum (don't even remember if this very forum), not from Meizu. But that's not important, I just said that was clearly a mistake. I wasn't sure about it but I have been quickly clarified. Think we're going OT.

I opened some bug reports about a few things I found out these days on Flyme 5.1.9.0G. Check it out and click "I have the same" if you do experience the same issues I reported, thanks. I sum them up here:
1) Can't see RAM usage in Settings -> Apps -> Running
2) Smart Lock doesn't work
3) GPS toggle disables network location too
4) Opened keyboard -> if swype up to open multitasking then it always types text
5) Youtube links redirect to browser app rather than Youtube app
