Meizu 15 Plus: Play Store does not recognize my previous purchasesI have a problem on my 15 Plus. Play Store does not recognize my previous purchases. I have cleared cash and data, removed and added my google account and reinstalled google services several times but the problem still persits. Does anyone have solution? .

When I install G rom all problems disappear.

This is not a Flyme bug, you have to send a mail to google to restore your purchases.

What I would do: First try to check my apps tab and check if You see price or only install button. Second: log out from your G account from any device: all your phones, tablets, even pc too. Do not forget to delete Google account in the settings menu, after that. After try to login again one by one, and start with Your phone. Third : check If G Play has the latest version. I am sure this is not Meizu's fault, they have nothing to do with Your purchases from Google.

I'm using MX6 with flymeos 7, first I have some problem with Playstore: cannot update, download depending, cannot install some apps, not recognize previus purchase... But then I root my phone, use Total Commander to delete Meizu official app store and convert all Google Service to system app, Play Store then work very good, like an other global phone, not any problem. If you want, I can update a step-by-step guide, but i'm not responsible for any damage with your phone, of course. | |
