This is not a bug, it is a setting. Other brands have this option too (my friend's Samsung, for example). Unfortunately I don't know how to enable/disable it, neither does my friend .

Nope, it is a basic Android functionality and Meizu seems to have enabled it but chosen not to include a switch for it (or it has put it somewhere very difficult to find). On some devices it is called Roaming clock, on some Travel mode, Dual clock...
I had two clocks as well while travelling abroad. As soon as I returned to my carrier it went back to one clock.

Settings>language and region . Just select the country that you actually are at to display that time ...

Thx. I really can't understand why not include a simple switch in settings for users to choose whether to use this functionality or not. Bravo Meizu
