I have the same problem and I think this is a bug, because with the same settings, flyme 6 display only one clock, while flyme 7 has two!!!
I'm living in Japan but flyme 7 hasn't no Japan option for both regions and clock, so I have to choose another region and "Date and Time" settings are set to automatic, this means it get Japan timezone. Then there are two clocks at the lock screen. >.> | |

Same here on Flyme 7 on my Note 6.
For some reason I get an extra India time. I've never been to India, nor did I ever set a timezone even close to that. Driving me nuts. | |
