me too facing this issue, definitely this is due to the firmware version bug... 6.3.0.0G..really not stable.... now im waiting for the next stable version... ????

Hey, this is a known software bug and has only been affecting some devices. Please report this as a bug in the bug section along with log file so that the developers can fix it sooner.
