This is not possible for the Meizu Pro 7 (Plus), otherwise the method would have been used again and posted on the forum long time ago.
Flashfire doesn't seems to work too, and people only find a trick to go from Chinese to Global, using a specific Beta version, now, they are stuck on Gobal firmware and cannot go back to Chinese version.

The only way seems to be the UFI Box, and I'm not sure about that too.

But I agree that this is a big problem that Meizu has right now with these last phones, and probably only for Globals (my Meizu Pro 7 Plus Global for example), besides not keeping them up to date, the basic software (6.3.0.0) is just catastrophic, it's slow, the photo shooting is slow, blurry because of this slowness, the system has a lot of bugs, and it's supposed to be the latest "Stable" version.

My Meizu Pro 5 is so powerful, so fast, it's just incredible, and the photo shooting seems to be so much better (probably thanks to an optimized capture speed), it shocks me that two generations of phone later, I get to a less good phone

In short, I think Meizu has a too limited market for the Global, and it is obvious that it is much more important for a company to satisfy 300 million Chinese users, than 700 French or Italian users.
This is normal, and if you were on the side of the company, you would do the same, don't you think so ?

You cannot be rooted because you have to be on the 6.3.0.0 version (that hasn't root anymore), and you have to be logged in the Flyme Account app.
Install last firmware version, connect to Flyme, and download the update.
