If you have a knowledge about root then you can use Root uninstaller,
but if you don't have any knowledge just make a folder and drop all chinese apps in that and never open it,

Also if you want to uninstall don't uninstall Important apps like theme, Security, Phone, Meizu account as they are attached to settings and you phone will not respond properly if you uninstall them
