Rom downgradei have a meizu m3 note, L681H which goes on 6.2.0.0G so can i downgrade this with 5.1.1.12G firmware?

It is not recommended to downgrade to such an old version of Flyme. Flyme 6.3.0.0G is out for m3 note. Download it from http://flymeos.com/firmware and flash it with clear data ticked.
