Did you followed the instructions properly?
After changing phone ID, you can simply flash the rom using rec mode. Restart, and that's it.
WHY using TWRP...you know Flyme is a little bit fxxked up tricky system.

BTW, if you are in China mainland now,  just go to the official retail shop or customer service site.
