hi guys, i got another issue in my m5 phone

this morning, my phone still works good as ussual. but this afternoon i can't access my internet connection using any type of connection, such as mobile data, and wifi. i already restarting my device, and it still doesn't work.

what should i do to fix  this problem?
do i really have to reset my device?
