I can,t find App Permission setting under Security menu. There is Permission menu under Apps, but I think that section only for information only, I can't change anything in that section.

don't bother anymore I think fingerprint it is not made for payments or stuff or it has a bug
I tried to log into PayPal with finger print implemented function and it's not working
