5hR3kY replied at 2018-04-15 18:57 Please update to 6.2G and use Game Mode to prevent lagging. Heavy games would make phone heat that is common. I will report these issue to Admins and Team so that these can be fixed in next update 6.3G. Thanks
ansh1410 replied at 2018-04-11 16:33 I tried playing the game without charging, but also heating, and lagging. This game with the 5.2.10.3G firmware working perfectly, but the software has a many other error, so this phone / software is a piece of crap, don't working normally after a year from release. Great job!

ansh1410 replied at 2018-04-11 07:37 In the 2018 year a mobile phone can't use and charge at the same time? The charging during use will be a new feature, or just only available in the expensive models?

5hR3kY replied at 2018-04-06 14:58 Close running apps and also check and Disallow Running in Background for Apps not needed! Wait for the phone temperature to reduce and then connect in Charging. Leave phone idle at that time!
If i charging the phone, and play some game, i have a thermal throttling, a very hot phone, and the game is unplayable. I purchased this M5 phone a year ago, i installed two major update, but also don't working normally. This is the worst phone of my life.
