You need to open your privacy mode, with ur own privacy mode password, and re look again at the menu. The privacy mode menu should be there

the option won't appear in the normal mode, to make sure that the privacy mode settings is for privacy only.

so the solution is : open your phone using ur "privacy mode" password (or privacy mode fingerprint if you've been make it before)

open the settings, and boom you're done. the option for the privacy mode is available.
