This firmware will be a BETA and will be available for download in the specific dates (check picture).
Global devices will not have a beta testing for Android Nougat and will receive the Stable Version directly. July 31 for M3 note : 6.7.6.13 beta - 6.7.6.23 daily | |

It will get Nougat through Chinese beta first which will be on July 10th. After it is developed, global devs will start working on nougat for the phone.
