There should be uniqueness in every design and meizu pro 6's ring camera nailed it.

And I'm not copy certain models here MEIZU pro 6 resembles iphone 7 pro in section with the antenna. but "Xiaomi Redmi Note 3" not looks like so as it is "UMI Touch" http://forum.flymeo... ...602-1-1.html

I would say more than a few ;p They wouldn't be able to enter EU if patents would be great.
They are in Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Spain, Italy, Germany, UK... They are in many countries. I think they don't sell in US yet, because it would be too much at the begining of global expansion ;]

Tymcio replied at 2016-03-31 22:01 Meizu is not a large international company, in how many countries they are selling their products? very a few unfortunately Plus apple has power in USA which meizu did not inter there yet. I think this may be one of the reasons for them to not selling their products in US yet.

Do you know if they have an agreement? :P I have no idea...
But to be true, if Meizu wouldn't have agreements like this, it would never be able to distribute it's phones Globally - patents.

Tymcio replied at 2016-03-29 19:14 You can search on reliable news sites and see how much apple spends on R&D and how much meizu spends By that agreement apple can use htc designs so, I don't think you can call it "copy"! Htc also use apple design in htc A9 so no "copy" in here too ;) Does meizu has an agreement with apple too? First news about that antenna design was from apple months before meizu so, does meizu copy from apple? If you say no I think you should not use the word "copy" for apple too.

I agree with @Tymcio, when iPhone 6 was release it was almost the same design like the HTC M7 and M8 the whole aluminum body. For me, it is okay to get some idea from another manufacturer and tailor the design but totally not the whole thing to copy. As far as I know, if Apple really invested on their design they could filed for a patent for the aluminum unibody but instead they have not only distinct features of the iPhone 6 was patented.
