if I can create Flyme account from your computer , but not from the locked phone. block the phone before setting anything. when I try to make clear data , there is no possibility to recover password using the Flyme account. I enter the password for more than 100 times but can not retrieve password for the account Flyme . The phone does not have internet connection . the phone is not stolen ... not secondhand. It's new, it bought in ALIBABA ( ALIEXPRESS in Spain ) . BOX INVOICE. The problem is mine , the first thing I did was put an unlock pattern and enter a security password . I enter the password , but not which was recorded. I'm desperate.

Write the email of MEIZU support and should assist you to solve this problem (the phone should not be locked when buying or returned to the dealer where you purchased)

If you want to reset your phone
Just switch off it. Then press power button and volume up button until meizu logo didn't come Then choose cleaning option All the data of ur phone will be deleted and your phone will be unlocked. | |
