I just purchased new Meizu M5 note and it has very pathetic battery. drops 40% in 8 hours.
Secondly, I took too much time to recharge. I think it don't have fast charging.
Please, help me.

I completely format mobile and did factory reset. Reinstall the Flyme 5 latest version. Installed google installer and then, update google play services. also change the charger original Meizu fast charger is a trash. I use Ugreen normal 2.4 Amp charger, now it is working better. I hope this will help you guys, as well.
There are some other issues as well like GPS and 3G/4G signal drop. Hopefully, FlyMe team will work hard to solve these issue in new update.
