Please , I need instruction about flash ROM Global for M5 Note .

I have m5 note with 5.2.11.0G, tried to install this and I get firmware corrupt message. Downloaded new firmware and doubleclicked after download. And then it goes into upgrade screen showing firmware corrupt message.
