emils2235 create on 2017-01-03 12:32 After the sound dissapear from the speaker, I upgrade the firmware from 5.1.3.2G to 5.1.12.0G because I suspect it was because of software or firmware issues. It didn't work out. Then, I clean the audio jack port gently using cotton bud (I did not clean the speaker ports). As I remember, I have changed some values in the audio setting from the engineering mode by dialing *#*#3646633#*#*. I have preciously provide 2 screenshots of that setting and I don't remember the initial values ????

Dippos replied at 2017-01-03 12:26 As i said it could be a defect, like somehow it got broken and if you didnt do anything to the speaker then it is true. But by any chance you didnt blow out your speaker right? Try to remember what did you do last time you used it, maybe you somehow changed settings. Have you tried to reflash your phone?

emils2235 create on 2017-01-03 12:17 do you mean the audio hardware is broken? it is weird if it is broken without a cause. it is a new device, the speaker was working for a couple of weeks, and then suddenly there was no more any sound audible from the speaker.
