Sagatz..i was getting the same problem...just download latest google application installer..let it download play stores and framework,maps,google services...but make sure you should delet all old google application...and after that it will ask for reboot

Did you restored you all apps??from backup and restore apps??if you have done that..thats y that problem has occures just..do as i said in above comment..it will wotk fine
