How To turn ON Volte (HD) on MEIZU M3 Note
First step; UPDATE TO FLYME 5.1.11.0G
To update meizu m3 note
Goto SETTINGS
Scroll Down
Select About Phone
Select System Updates

from here you can update your meizu m3 note

Second Step; ADD Following APNs:-
1)
Name-Reliance Jio
APNs-jionet
APN type-default
APN protocol-IPv4/IPv6
2)
Name-ims
APNs-ims
APN type-ims
APN protocol-IPv4/IPv6

Third Step; Go to Engineering Mode and do following things:-

*Note-You can go to Engineering Mode by *#*#3646633#*#*

In Engineering Mode ,
Go to Connectivity Tab,
Then select CDS information,
Then select multiple APN,
Now change MMS to IMS by clicking on it,
Then select Start,
Now go back until to the main connectivity tab,
then go to Telephony Tab,
now select IMS
then go to USSD
then USSD support
then select on
then click set
now come back to IMS
then click on common
then select operator_code
Now select VOLTE_Operator_RJIL
then click set
now come back to common
then select mncmcc check
then select off
then click set
