[Launch Event] Meizu Pro 6s is now official
Meizu M Series concert has just ended and now Meizu is all set to add its latest member in its Pro family - The Meizu Pro 6s. Lets have a look at the live feed from the launch event. 16:40 - The location is all set to host the latest launch event for Meizu.
17:20 - The conference starts in 10 minutes. All the invitees rush to the event venue to witness the new Pro from Meizu.
17:35 - The event is live. Li Nan officially debuts the Pro 6s.
17:35 - The thickness of the device remains almost same as its predecessor the Meizu Pro 6 yet Meizu manages to add a 20% bigger battery of 3060mAh with overall decline in average temperature by 3.5°c.
17:39 - Meizu Pro 6 comes with a 64GB inbuilt memory coupled with 4GB of RAM. The 3D Press feature present in Pro 6 is also present in the Pro 6s. Li Nan states that the Pro 6s is aimed at capturing better quality images.
17:40 - Here comes the most exciting part. Meizu Pro 6s comes with a new 12 megapixel IMX386 camera with f2.0 large aperture and also features a 4 axis OIS (optical image stabilisation) making it the best Camera phone from Meizu till date.
17:43 - The enhancement of camera is not just on the hardware front but Flyme developers have also brought a very professional manual mode on the Pro 6s by which a user can manually adjust the contrast, saturation, white balance, 20 sec long exposure time etc.
17:45 - The Pro 6s comes with a new algorithm which enhances the night shots. The pictures speak for themselves.
17:48 - In order to highlight the Pro 6s night and low light photography, Meizu invites LEICA official photographer Li Xiaoliang who clicked a few pictures himself using the Pro 6s.
17:51 - Meizu card Music smart cover officially unveiled. It comes engraved with classic slide touch operation. There would be a classic ticking while sliding your fingers up and down these music buttons along with a sound and vibration feedback. This is a classic design and would come at a cost of 149 yuan.
17:54 - Meizu Pro 6s price announced. It would come at a price of ¥ 2699 and available for purchase from November 7 in China.

Ramtin replied at 2016-11-03 23:08 Although its quite amazing as many years back Meizu had a Music Card mp4 player of the exact same design and they managed to make the cover look and feel exactly the same as that mp4 player bringing back a lot of old nostalgic memories for Meizu...
