Hi, I'm so disappointed, I bought this phone as the salesman said I could put up-to 256g memory card to save all my online videos to watch offline.  However I can't find anyway to save anything to memory card from phone.  Even my camera settings are set to prefer SD card but it's still saving to the internal memory.  Phone only has 32g internally so I really want to use my 128g SD card to stock up my purple player.  Can someone please tell me how to do this?  PS I don't really want to root the phone because 1: I don't know how too and likely to wreck phone and 2: I'm sure that will void my warranty and may affect the security of my phone.  Thank you
