Yes, it is but you didn't ask for official version in the first post. You just asked for G-version for M3s mini.
The firmware I found is used on M3s phones that are selling by official Meizu retailer in Ukraine - Citrus.
I also have that firmware because I've already purchased M3s Gray 16GB and M3s Silver 16GB from them.

upd. There is an official global Flyme 5.1.5.1G firmware for M3s on flymeos website:

You simply updated from the 5.1.5.0G (unofficial) version to 5.1.5.1G (official) and it worked?
Or how did you do it?
I don't want to brick it since the bootloader is locked

5.1.5.0G is official but pre-release and 5.1.5.1G is first official release firmware version.
So if you have 5.1.5.0G you can simply upgrade to 5.1.5.1G via standard methods.
