m3 note finger print & back button not workingAs you see in the video, my M3 notes' touch button is not working. So, I use Smart touch to use my phone. Also, my fingerprint is not working. But, home button is worked. Do you have any solution..? Do you know, plz give me an answer.

After pressing home button wakeups the screen then finger print works and unlocks.
But in cool pad it directly works and unlocks | |

When the screen sleeps and is locked. To wake up the phone i have to tap the screen twice which i guess is the smart touch setting i have because the touch home button doesnt wake up the screen or the phone. I guess even my phone has the same problem otherwise back button work fine while working

Hey, these problems occur whenever a new firmware is flashed without clearing data. To fix this, flash the firmware you have currently installed but with clear data ticked this time and the mback and fingerprint scanner both will start working properly.
