some years back meizu lose the google partner certificate or something so we can't use google play service until meizu certified again or get some way to whitelist their phone imo.

You are not the only one with this problem. Since a few days I can't use everything related to my google account/google Play store. I tried everything (download updates, delete and redownload all the google apps/ Google Play Store, until reseting my phone). It still doesn't work. I'm a bit desperate but glad to see, I'm not the only one !

How long is it then gonna take for Meizu people to solve it ? At the end, a lot of apps are related to Google Play Services....

Temporary Solution


For Meizu M3S

Installing Google Play services
1.Download  Google Play services 14.5.82
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/google-play-services-14-5-82-release/
Meizu M3S is 320dpi (to find dpi i used Displayinfo from Meizu App Store)
2.Install/Update all your apps (it will also update Google Play services to 14.7.99)

I have use following steps for solving Google Play Service issue and my phone (M2 & M3S) is working normal for 4 days now. . If you are using Gmail App, sorry this cannot help.

1st: Download Google Play Service 14.5.82 (https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/google-inc/google-play-services/google-play-services-14-5-82-release/)
2nd: Disable Auto Update in Google Play Store (You can only see white screen? Just swipe right, the setting screen will appear)
3rd: Disable background data usage for Google Play Store (Security --> Data --> Network access --> Background --> Google Play Store--> Disallow background data connection)
4th: Disable Google Play Store run in background (Security --> Permissions --> Run in background --> Google Play Store --> Disallow running in background)
5th: Disable Google Play Services "Turn on mobile network" & "Turn on mobile WLan" (Security --> Permissions -->  App permissions --> Google Play Services --> Find "Turn on mobile network" & "Turn on mobile WLan" and set Reject)
6th: Disable Google Play Service (Setting --> Apps --> Running --> Google Play Services --> Stop all things)
7th: Install the Google Play Service 14.5.82
8th: Reboot

The problem should be fixed, and you can use Google Play Store, Youtube and Map. Howver, don't use Gmail App, it will auto update the Google Services. Sorry for my bad english.
