I already tried Factory Reset and reflashing the firmware but the issue didn't solved as well.

This doesn't work tried doing all yet nothing seems to work..

Meizu M5 note flyme 7..
This happens to me when i updated the os to 7..
Done clearing all data of all google apps..
Reinstalling and installing apks of google apps..
Tried editing hosts file in root,system,etc,hosts.. still doesn't work..
Installing all google apps via google app instaler in meizu ap store..
All of the above doesn't work for me.. myblast option is to to factory reset and reinstall all app or reinstall rom 5.0 before installing back all apps..
How ever i doubt this will work as well for i have read all threads in android forum almost all of them.. factory reset doesn't solve the problem.. hope meizu will do something about this...

This happen to me too.
Here the fix that work for me
1.Root
2.install lucky patcher
Open lucky patcher click google account manager-tools-move to system/app.

Successfully managed to deal with this issue!
Go to meizu App Store and download Google play services (the app is called something like this.
If you have any issues with google play services this app will show you.
Hit a button "Repair" and wait a while for patch to be downloaded and installed.
Afterwards the app will ask you to restart device, so do that.
Everything will work just fine after restart.

I'm mobile developer myself and what it appears to me is that some new version of flyme software just broke down google services and patch is the only way to fix it.

Yes, and there's no need to root your device! Root is very dangerous and highly not recommended!
