Apps open and close when the phone is in handHello,
M3S is experiencing a very weird problem recently. If I have the phone in hand, in various moments of the day (not all the time), when an app is launched, it opens but right after that it closes itself very rapidly. When the phone begins to behaviour in such way, this bad working persists indefinitely. All the apps begin to act in this way, even the notification bar or the folders in the home screen. The only way to stop the phenomenon is to put the phone on a table and wait 1 minute or similar. It seems there is a Hardware component which interferes with the phone. I tried to free up the internal space to the level 1.5 GB, but nothing changes. I also tried to calibrate gyroscope and so on, but nothing; I also launched a virus scan and again nothing. Do you have any idea about a possible solution? Thanks a lot, because in some moments the normal usage is critical!! | |

I also add that the battery is usually cold and it has a good usage time during the day....

That's a problem on mback, it's like you press it rapidly, but you not. Because of that, it goes back rapidly (Reason why it closes) . Turn the vibrate on to confirm. Mine does that before, but now it stopped.

mback button is a very useful key, but in my phone it stopped working some days ago and I am using Smart Touch to perform Back action. Maybe it could be a false hardware contact for the button? I already repaired once the physical button and I think it's very delicate. It seems that, when I put the phone in perfect horizontal position, it restarts often to work regularly. | |

Reflash the firmware you are currently using with clear data ticked. If that does not solve your problem then go to a service center and get the mBack key replaced.
