i found a camera app the enable you to have EIS(Electrinic image stabilization) for m6 note. Its very straight forward, just install the apk and enable image stabilization ON (wich will apear when you swicth to video rec. just close the app and re launch it and switch to photo mode and back to video mode to fix it. Its a glitch  | |

Some more info please. Where did you find it? Who is the developer (trusted)? How is it called? Can it be downloaded from the app (play) store?

Videotape create on 2018-08-27 19:12 1. some were on youtube 2.the developer is qualcomm and it was made using codeaurora. 3. no it cant be founded in play store cause its a experimental build extra. scanned it to virustotal, and one antivirus engine (wich is Babable) but its false positive. install it with your own risk!!!! | |
