I use charger from old M2 Note, and my M5 Note rarely drops under 80% on normal using. When use it wit lot of mobile internet, gps, BT, ... goes to 50%. I cant remember when it goes under 50%. Try with some older chargers. New super ultra fast chargers aren't good for this batery.

RinkuBarwar create on 2018-07-23 16:41 drain your battery to 0% and charge it while it is turned off. if it didn't work just disable.fast charging from settings - accessability and enable it later after first charge without it. hope these could help | |
