Hi all When I connect USB cable to my M6 Note when it's up nothing happens, the phone don't be even aware of the charger. If I power the phone off it recognizes the charger and starts to charge. and if at this point I power it on it will continue to work fine untill I disconnect the cable. Already did factory reset. Are you sure it's not charging? Maybe it's the lighting icon that just missing enable battery percentage visible from settings and monitor that if it's increasing or download an app from play store like ampere too see if it is actually charging
