Muzei one app for all wallpaper troubles
The app provides one wallpaper on a daily basis, which is an original painting
The wallpaper is blurred and if you want to see it  you need to double tap it it will be displayed for some time and then become blurred again!
Same way,  it can select one random pic from your phone each day!
