Downgrade from Flyme 6.3.0.2A to a lower versionHello, I aquired recently a Meizu M3 Note (M681H) with Flyme 6.3.0.2A installed on it, what I want to do is to switch it to the G index, and for this I plan to downgrade it to 6.0.0.0A firmware or maybe even Flyme 5 if necessary, and further switch from A to G, is this correct or is there another way of switching firmware's index? If not, then please, explain me how to downgrade flyme firmware =) ... I also choosen this way, because the phone is a little bit laggy on this firmware version (6.3.0.2A)...

Downgrade 6.1.0.0A first and then any G version you can install. You may try 6.2.0.0G to downgrade from 6.3.0.2A.

Phone gets very hot on 6.3.0.2A

The following are steps to downgrade, this worked for me seamlessly. I have tried many times,
1. Download G version into your laptop. 2. Switch off the phone and connect the phone to laptop via USB cable. 3. Enter into recovery mode by pressing and holding the volume up and power buttons simultaneously. 4. Recovery drive appears in your laptop. Transfer the G version into this drive. 5. Wipe the app data and update. | |

It is not recommended to downgrade from a Nougat firmware to a lollipop firmware. Your phone may permanently hard brick.
