(RESOLVED) Meizu Pro 7 stuck on Flyme start-up screen Edited by User5207457564 at 2018-05-15 05:21
Hello, I got my Meizu Pro 7 yesterday and, after downloading the apps I wanted and putting music and photos on it, I turned it off. I turned it on this morning and it got stuck on the Flyme loading screen. I took it to a phone shop and had it fixed (they flashed (?) it, I think), so I downloaded the apps I wanted again and, before putting my photos and music on it again (it takes hours), I wanted to check if I would have the same problem, so I turned it off and on again and the same thing happened. I took it back to the shop, the man flashed it again and he told me to not download any apps or do anything with the mobile phone until I hear from Meizu/Flyme about the problem. Can this be fixed? If so, how? The firmware is Flyme 6.3.0.0A Please reply quickly, my other phone is barely working (and too old to fix cheaply), so I need this one to work as soon as possible. Thank you. | |

Buddy, just update your device with the latest Flyme 7.0.0.0A with clean data option. After flashing the device, just factory reset your phone. May be this solve your problem. You can download the firmware from official cn firmware website. You can download the firmwarw from following links. Make sure what is your phone model. There is two model of meizu pro 7: 7-s and 7-h. I am giving both links:For Pro 7-H : https://firmware.meizu.com/Firmw ... 8bc2447d/update.zip For Pro 7-S : https://firmware.meizu.com/Firmw ... 12dd9f72/update.zip You just have to download the firmware from these links and just update your device. Also you dont need to go to shop everytime to flash. If you stuck in the situation of bootlock. Just you need a pc and update.zip firmware file. Just switch off your phone. Now switch on it by pressing Volume Up and Power button. Connect it to pc. A recovery drive will show in your pc. Just copy the firmware file in the recovery drive. Now Select Clean data option and update.zip in your phone and just click on start. Your phone will now updated. So buddy if you feel any problem can ask. | |

I've done it, and I chose my language as English, but most things are in Chinese!And I don't have Google Play Store. I also can't find Whatsapp anywhere, and I've tried to download it via Chrome, but it won't let me (I went to the Google Play Store website to download Whatsapp and it said that I already have it downloaded on this device, which I don't). I also tried to download YouTube, but it says that it can't run without Google Play Services, which isn't compatible with the device and doesn't work. I have this phone for Whatsapp, YouTube, calling, music and photos, there is no point in me having it if I can't download Whatsapp, YouTube or the Google Play Store (and any other Google apps, like Google Play Services, Google Play Games, etc.). How can I fix this? | |

Hello!
Have you tried this method? You have to download the app "Google installer". Go the Meizu Appcenter and type "Gugean" (chinese traduction of google installer) and install the app. Now you have access to the Google service and the Playstore. Please tell me if it works!  | |

Yes brother, you not need to worry. You can install the google apps package in the chinese version and then you can use your phone normally. In future you have any problem with your phone, you can post on forum.
