Try this, if your phone is switched off then give it a full charge first. Then press the vol+ and power buttons at the same time and hold them until you get a vibrate and meizu logo. Your phone will be booted to recovery. From there use the options for factory reset your phone. Then try to update. HAPPY New Year {:2018
