Only Pro 7, Pro 7 Plus, M6, M6 Note and newer devices will get certification. Old models will stay not certified.
This was explained by an official communication by Meizu Italy. | |

"The certification agreement that was taken by the two companies (Meizu & Google) refers to products that are born with the Android 7 operating system already installed.They are not certified with respect to the single update but the certification is assigned to all the devices of the same model. Currently only Pro 7, Pro 7 Plus, m6 and m6 note has Google certification. Other devices may not get Google certification.
