Only Pro 7, Pro 7 Plus, M6, M6 Note and newer devices will get certification. Old models will stay not certified.

I've used asus zenfone 2, it said uncertified.
then I used xiaomi redmi 3s, it said uncertified too. so, it doesn't matter.. | |

Forget the certification for devices behind the PRO 7, even if you paid them a lot, or even if Meizu decides to bring Nougat to those phones, they will never receive Google certification...never!
