hotstar and instagramapps such as instagram,voot and hotstar aren't receiving proper data speeds due to which they aren't running properly and instagram taking time in loading pics.other apps are working fine such as YouTube,buffering videos at full speeds. I have reinstalled them but to no avail. Can anybody tell me what the matter might be? Theres no problem with the internet it's just hotstar and voot which are acting slow in buffering the vdo and instagram loading pics too slow. kindly help me.

This is very unlikely to be a firmware issue. However, if you think that it is the firmware causing the issue, then please report this as a bug in the bug section. Please attach a log file with the bug too or the bug report will not be accepted.
