No recovery and rom installedHello my meizu m3 note is strucked in bootloop of meizu logo and i cannot acess recovery too.thought it's delete bcoz i was trying to go to indian rom from chinij beta.Now i dont have recovery and rom installed on my phone.

No recovery means you have hard bricked your phone. You have to take it to a service center to get it fixed.
