hai friends many peoples are wants to know how to downgrade higher to lower version and Chinese beta to global beta or Chinese stable firmware to global stable firmware.ok i will tell you and i have tried and successfully downgraded and using, ok let's see.
first thing if you're basically using global beta or stable? if want you're change Chinese firmware first you download you're correct firmware for your model (i.e: m3 note is charm blue note 3)

simple logic is
G to A beta to beta and G to A stable to stable,
remember one thig you must update with clear data
that's why have to do clear data? that's strong recommended for your best usage for day to day.
ok i comes to the matter if you're using Chinese beta of 6.7.9.5 if you want to downgrade? first download 6.7.6.13(i.e:- m3 note) then update with clear data. if you you suckup on recovery don't worry just contact you'r computer connect mobile with USB cable then copy update file in to recovery then ( i attached English recovery images for reference) then click down right botton for continue update process. then you can go to G beta

note:- why we have to download 6.7.6.13 ?
not big different only thing is android core change and safety for hard brick.
