Flyme Forum has a bugI have noticed this bug (which is really annoying) first time about 4-5 months ago and it does that every time I open the Flyme Forum app. Can anyone help me? Or should Meizu update the app?

No, only on Global, which I installed in June 2016 (5.1.6.0G) when I finally managed to transfer from Y to G.

It's not a bug, it's a security that logs out your account from the server when times out reaches to protect server from unauthorized access. If this security setting was not used any unknown user (hackers) could get your credentials from the network and then attacked the flyme server by now.
