M3s 2G/3G suddenly stopped workingHello,
I got a problem with my M3s which suddenly stopped working on 2G and 3G signal. The last time I was able to make a call was June 6. Today I just noticed that when I select the network to 2G only, 3G first and 3G only, I got no signal at all and says "no service". However, weird is 4G works fine. I got signal and can access internet while on 4G and can receive SMS too. But cannot make a call. I am tried data factory reset and even update to the latest firmware but all the same no luck. I also tried using different sim cards, networks, etc. But still the same. Does this mean my 2G/3G antenna is now broken? I hope someone can help me and share their own experience and fix to this problem. Thank you! | |

Visit your nearest service center. It might be a hardware problem.
Try placing your 2G/3G sim in secondary sim slot. Go to Sims and networks>APN>Sim 2>delete the APN settings and set it to default. Now go to network carrier>sim2>change from Auto to your network. Also try flashing your firmware with clear data option. | |
