Since you cannot login to your Flyme account you cannot root the device and to fix this issue root is required. Try the steps I'm posting here. If they don't help you then you'll have to take your phone to a Meizu authorised Service Center.
Step 1:- Root your mobile phone using kingroot Step 2:-Download Es file explorer Step 3:-Open app and go into root folder Step 4:-In data folder delete the folder Nvram Step 5:-restart your mobile | |
