no working for dual sim cardHi, i am using meizu note m2.
my phone come with dual sim card. But when I apply two sim card to my phone, I just can choose either one sim card for function only, can't get both sim card working in the same time. mean that one sim card got line, the other one no service at all. I was trying to reset my phone and upgrade the firmware to the newest, but still same problem. Can anyone tell me how to solve it or face the same problem with me?

Hey, Meizu devices only support 4G + 2G at the same time. It is advisable to insert Jio SIM only in the 1st slot and other Sim in the 2nd slot. If this doesn't solve your problem then please capture a log file and submit it as a bug.
