What are you using to protect your phone screen: Glass/Plastic/None?

Hello MEIZU Fans,

Screen protectors aren’t as necessary as they it was ever, but they can still be useful. As smartphones start to adopt curved screens, though, screen protectors have become less practical, and manufacturers are more and more working on  toughness of their devices when it comes to resisting impacts (if not so many scratches).

Gorilla Glass/Dragon Tail screen can still get scratched with the sand in your pocket and can crack if you drop your phone. The bad news is that tempered glass protectors are also may have the same issues, but it’s far easier to replace the glass protector than your phone’s screen itself. Tempered glass can protect scratches, If you’ve too many scratches in the past, it’s a good way to protect your phone and get that superior glass feel But Tempered Glass makes the phone feel heavier. Glass adds a bit more thickness to the display, even people face problems in operating phone. If you are buying a tempered glass screen protector, it makes sense to spend a little money and go for the slightly expensive ones.

Plastic/Matte Finish Screen guards also protect from scratches and come with Anti-glare protection at a low price. Matte Finish Protection is useful while reading on phone and gives good results in outdoors. No matter what you buy, you have to be careful about one thing: Buy a protector made for your device.

So, are you still using a screen protector in 2017? Why or why not? Vote in the poll and discuss in the comments below.
