Hey, to solve this uninstall Google services through GMS installer. Run cleaner in security and reinstall Google services through GMS installer. If you still face problem then reinstall firmware with clear data and first of all install Google services. If you get download errors then try clearing play store's cache and data. Alternatively try clearing data of download manager through Settings>Apps>All>Download Manager>clear app and data
